The elekarelaShop serves customers ONLY in Greece. Shipments outside Greece can only be performed by means of a special agreement.
At the elekarelaShop, the products available for on-line purchases are only those bearing the specific indication. The features and other accompanying particulars of the products sold (e.g. indicatively, if there is a guarantee, the identity thereof, any instructions, etc.) are available and you can be informed about them by following the search instructions in the elekarelaShop and by clicking on the name of the relevant product. The rest of the products are only information provided by the Company and may be ordered only upon special consultation, if they are available.
Orders placed with the elekarelaShop are subject to the Company’s approval. The acceptance of the order by the Company is given by sending a relevant email. The Company reserves the right to refuse to process an order in case of unavailability or removal of the products.
The price of each product is the one referred to on our website, next to each product and includes VAT (24%). These prices concern products and quantities available in the Company’s warehouse.
Placing/Cancellation of an order
Placing a Product order is a binding purchase proposal for these Products in the total price shown at the time of placing the order; such a price includes VAT, packing and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts you are entitled to as a visitor/customer. Your order is completed when the Company has accepted it by sending a relevant written confirmation, namely an email, to you at the email address you had provided when placing this order. Should you not receive a confirmation email for your order, please contact the elekarelaShop immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to request that your order be successfully completed.
An order that has been registered and has not yet been delivered may be canceled (in whole or in part), within the time period between its submission and the notice of confirmation of its shipment. After this moment, it is not possible to cancel it. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part), you should send an e-mail to email@example.com or call (+30) 6944639763
A. By bank transfer
You can transfer the amount required for your orders in the following account of the company within a limited period of five (5) business days from the date of placing your order. Otherwise, your order will be deemed as cancelled.
The bank deposit slip must include as a reason:
1. Your full name
2. Your order number, which will be sent to you by email upon the completion of the ordering procedure.

B. By charging your credit card
The payment of your order can be safely carried out by credit, debit or prepaid VISA, MASTERCARD MAESTRO card of any bank.

For maximum safety of service, the bank applies state-of-the-art methods in order to keep your transactions intact, protect your data and safeguard same from the access of any third parties. Thus, the transactions you make with the company through credit cards are absolutely safe. We do not collect or store your credit card information in any way whatsoever, so you need to re-register each time you use your credit card for transactions.
Your order will be sent to you after we have received and confirmed your payment.
The Products will be shipped by courier within three (3) business days at the latest as of the date your order was confirmed, to the place you have indicated when placing your order and in accordance with the availability stated on the product webpage.
Once the order has been dispatched, an informative email will be sent. Handling, dispatch and delivery of orders are carried out on a daily basis, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Orders over €100.00 are shipped free of charge within Greece.
For orders under €100, shipping cost throughout Greece is set at 5.00 €.
For items with an increased weight, there may be an extra charge.
